Pope Francis visits Brazilian favela

On a cool, rainy day in Rio de Janeiro, Pope Francis warmed the hearts of residents in one of the city's poorest neighborhoods. Known as a "favela," this shantytown was once one of Brazil's most dangerous, plagued with drugs, violence and poverty. The pontiff spent the day walking through the streets, and even into a family's front door to pay a personal visit. Adriana Diaz reports.
