A pharmaceutical company is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team in Liechtenstein on a permanent basis. Your responsibilities will include:
? Implementation of measures related to the recruitment, supervision, promotion and release in the company
? Advice and support managers and employees in the department of Research & Development (140 employees)
? Project management and collaboration in location-based and group-wide HR projects to further develop our HR services and processes.
The successful candidate will:
? Degree in business administration, educational or legal studies (diploma, FH, Uni), ideally with a sound HR training
? Several years experience as an HR Business Partner in Human Resources Management, preferably in an international industrial company
? Very good MS Office skills, SAP/R3 (HR Module) user skills are desirable
? Confident personality with proven interpersonal skills
? Very good German and English, other languages are an advantage.
