MOSCOW (Reuters) ? Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday "horrible crimes" were being committed in Libyan cities that supported late Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.
Putin, speaking to religious leaders in Moscow, made his comments while defending Russia's decision to veto a United Nations Security Council resolution on Syria.
